Big ups to Paolo and Lower Branch for throwing a dope party in city. I hope we can do it again sooner than later. Happy Sunday funday folks!

T-Shirt Design

02Apr12

Thought I’d give y’all a sneak peak at my T-shirt design for next months art show in San Francisco. “SWEET SQUAT” represents my Asian pride and love for processed pork products. Plain and Simple…plus who wouldn’t want this on a T-shirt right?! All of the artists will have their artwork printed on T-shirts and will be available for purchase on opening night. Check back for details folks.

This Friday, April 6th, join me and eight other talented local artists at the group show “Woakland Up“. If you have never been to Oakland’s First Friday Art walk before, it is a great opportunity to check out whats hot in the east bay contemporary art scene, meet new people, eat amazing food and support local artists like myself. Murmur is from 6pm-9pm and I will be hanging out at the Paradiso lounge till 11pm. Bring the good vibes and wear your drinking pants folks. Looking forward to this amazing night…

A current project and some finished pieces of mine…

ProKr8 Show

20Jan12

Couple pics of my piece from the ProKr8 show at Somar Bar in Oakland. Inspired by the Hindu goddess Kali, my piece focuses more on Kali being a symbol of change and the beauty of change, rather than the goddess of death.
“Killah Kali”. Mixed Media. $475- OBO.

Twenty12

16Jan12

2011 was an amazing year and I am looking forward to exploring and expanding my art career in 2012. I am working on a couple of projects, but I am, for the most part, enjoying a little break from my artsy ways until January 28th. I’ll be painting live at Lounge 3411 in Oakland along side a couple funky soul jazz bands and DJ’s spinning hip hop classics all night long. Check back for details.

Here are a couple of pics of my work at the Warehouse 416 show in December. My 6 tiny paintings are in the middle of the wall. Detailed shot below.
